By accessing or using Learn Agentic Coding, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Learn Agentic Coding provides on-demand cloud workstations pre-configured with Claude Code and development tools. Users can provision, start, stop, and manage their own workstation instances.

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware or engage in malicious activities
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems
  • Mine cryptocurrency or run computationally abusive workloads
  • Store or transmit illegal content

5. Resource Usage

Workstations are subject to automatic idle detection. Instances that remain idle (low CPU usage) for extended periods may be automatically stopped to conserve resources. You are responsible for saving your work regularly.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from service interruptions.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your workstation instances and associated data may be deleted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learn Agentic Coding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
